Ingredients
For the cheese sticks:
700 gr. KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
Sesame
Black sesame
For the stuffing:
400 gr. feta cheese
100 gr. fresh cream cheese
1 egg
Preparation - Steps
In a bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese and fresh cream cheese, mix them together and add the egg.
Divide the SHORTCRUST Pastry in eight equal parts. Open each pastry piece in an oblong sheet.
Add a small quantity of the filling along the sheet. Fold the sheet along its longer side (do not seal it on the side, but leave it open). Smear the surface with water. Sprinkle with the sesame and black sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 30 min, until golden brown. Leave the cheese sticks to cool down for a while, for the sheet to become crunchy like a biscuit.
