Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PUFF Pastry
100 gr. grated Gruyère cheese
100 gr. crumbled Greek Anthotiro cheese
200 gr. crumbled Feta cheese
3 eggs
sesame and black sesame seeds to garnish
olive oil
freshly ground pepper
Preparation - Steps
Whisk 2 eggs and blend with the cheeses and some freshly ground pepper. Make the cheese rolls according to the instructions and place them on a baking tin. Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of water, brush their surface and sprinkle with sesame and black sesame seeds. Bake them in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35 minutes.
For making Filled Fluffy Bagel:
Cut each sheet of pastry width wise into 6 strips. Spoon filling onto the centre of each strip. Brush the edges of each pastry sheet with a little water, roll them up and press the edges lightly together to stick. Join the two ends of each roll to form a circle.
