Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
200 gr. grated Gouda cheese
200 gr. grated Edam cheese
150 gr. bacon slices
150 gr. sliced pepperoni
1 green pepper, sliced
FOR THE SAUCE
½ kg tomatoes, peeled and grated
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
2-3 curly basil leaves
salt, pepper
Preparation - Steps
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the onion and the remaining sauce ingredients and allow them to simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture over the dough and bake the pizza at 180°C for 35 minutes, on the middle shelf of the oven.
For making Pizza in a baking tray:
Place the dough on the counter in its protective film. Grease your baking tray with a little oil and place the 4 strips of dough next to each other. Top with the sauce, cheeses and sausages of your choice.
