Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PUFF Pastry
250 gr. feta cheese
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Tomato paste
1 bunch chives
2 tbsp fresh mint
Thyme
Salt
Preparation - Steps
Mince the herbs and the sun-dried tomatoes.
Open the puff pastry and spread the tomato paste on top of it.
Sprinkle with the chive all over.
Evenly spread the feta cheese on the pastry.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Fold the pastry into a roll. Leave it in the freezer for 30 min to thicken.
Remove the roll from the freezer and cut in slices.
Lay the rolls on a baking pan laid with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, with extra heat on the top and bottom oven elements, at the middle rack, for approx. 20 min.
