Ingredients
For 16 rolls:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
1 cup whole peeled plum tomatoes } Preparation time 15 min
1 green pepper
3 slices boiled chicken
3 slices smoked pork
1 sausage
250 gr. mozzarella } Baking time 15 min
3 tbsp olive oil
A little salt
Preparation - Steps
For the stuffing:
Chop the tomatoes and mince the pepper. Cut the sausage in small bits, and the chicken and pork slices in larger bits, making sure they do not stick together. Place all the materials in the bowl, add the minced mozzarella and sprinkle a little olive oil. Sprinkle with a little salt, stir well and taste. Cut the KANAKI pizza crust in pieces approx. 10-12 cm wide and a little less in length.
Fill the small rolls one by one, sealing the edges very well, and bake in a preheated oven, with extra heat on the oven elements, at 200°C for 15 min.
