Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
For the Feta Cheese Pesto
Leaves from 1 large bunch broad-leaved basil, minced
2 garlic cloves
60 gr. pine cone seeds
200 ml olive oil
120 gr. feta cheese from Mytilene
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Mix all the materials in the blender
For the stuffing:
250 gr. sour mizithra cheese
3 sun-dried tomatoes, minced
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 portobello mushrooms, cut in thin slices
3 asparagus, cut in thin slices, removing the bottom part
Preparation - Steps
Lay the ready-made pastry in a 30cm baking pan without removing the paper. Preheat the oven at 200οC, spread the feta cheese pesto and the remaining ingredients on the pizza, and bake for 10 min; add the sour mizithra and bake for another 5 min.
