Mini Pies with Sausage and white Cheese

Ingredients

1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
3 large dried onions
250g rustic sausages cut into thin slices
200g anthotyro or ricotta cheese
100g grated sweet gruyere
2 tsp. of sweet thyme
4 tsp. of the soup olive oil
1 egg whipped
2 tsp. of the blackberry soup
Salt Pepper

Preparation - Steps

Clean and cut the onions into thin slices. Cook the olive oil in medium to low heat and let them caramel, stirring occasionally. Sauté the sausages in a non-stick pan. Put in a bowl the sautéed sausages, caramelized onions, anthotiro, thyme and gruyere and stir gently. Prepare the pies according to the instructions and bake them in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 45-50 minutes.

For making Mini Pies:

Open the Pizza dough on the workbench and cut it into 4 parts. Divide the filling into half the surface of each piece, leaving about a centimeter of gap from the edges of the dough.
Brush the edges of the dough with water and fold each sheet in half along the larger side.
Put the pies in a shallow baking dish, spread the surface with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
