Ingredients
1 package KANAKI Puff Pastry
1 MIMIKOS chicken fillet
150 gr. spinach
150 gr. gorgonzola
150 gr. mushrooms
3 spring onions
1 bunch hartwort
Zest from 1 lime
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Preparation - Steps
Saute 1 ΜΙΜΙΚΟS chicken breast fillet. Cut 200 gr. mushrooms and the spring onions; add 150 gr. spinach, 1 bunch hartwort, and saute all the ingredients. Finally, add the lime zest and MIMIKOS chicken. Open 1 package KANAKI Puff Pastry, spread the sheet in square pieces; pour the stuffing on top, add some gorgonzola and seal the pastry. Bake in the preheated oven, in air, at 170°C.
