New York Pizza vs Calzone

Ingredients

Quick New York Pizza:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA CRUST
Mozzarella
Tomato Sauce for pizza
Oregano
Lay the crust in a baking pan. Spread the sauce, oregano and then the mozzarella.
Bake for approx. 20 min.

Authentic Italian Calzone:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA CRUST
Parmigiano
Cottage cheese
Peperoni
For the tomato sauce:
2 peeled tomatoes
1 garlic clove
Basil
Oregano
Olive oil
Salt – pepper

Preparation - Steps

Beat the tomato, garlic and basil in the blender. Add the olive oil, oregano and salt – pepper.
Cut the pastry in a round shape. Spread the sauce, cottage, peperoni and parmigiano on the crust edges.
Seal the edges and spread a little sauce and parmigiano on top.
Bake for 20 min at 200°C, until golden brown.
