Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
2 red apples
1 crab apple } Preparation time 15 min
4 tbsp powdered sugar
½ cup blackcurrant } Baking time 30 min
200 gr. almond fillet
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation - Steps
Place in a bowl the apples, cut in little cubes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Add the blackcurrant and a little of the almond fillet. Add the parsley and cinnamon. Stir well the stuffing ingredients. Lay KANAKI PIZZA Dough in a small baking pan, together with its protective paper. Empty the stuffing on top and spread it with a spoon. Turn the excess pastry edges inwards and sprinkle with the remaining almond fillet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C with extra heat on the oven elements, for 30 min. Leave it for 15 min to cool down and serve with 1 ball ice cream.
