Mushroom Pie with Kataifi (Angel's Hair)

Ingredients

1 package KANAKI KATAIFI
500 gr. white mushrooms
1 onion
1 leek
1 garlic clove
100 gr. yellow cheese (edam or gouda)
1 tbsp hard cheese (parmigiano or graviera)
Salt
Olive oil

Preparation - Steps

Preheat the oven at 170°C, with extra heat on the top and bottom oven elements. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over strong heat, and add the mushrooms, onion, leek and garlic, cut in thin slices. After you saute the vegetables, lower the heat and wait until the stuffing is cooked, for 15 min. Add the cheese on top of the KANAKI KATAIFI. Comb the Shredded Dough with your fingers to spread the cheese all over. Lay the Shredded Dough in a baking pan, sprinkle with the cheese and pour the stuffing on top. Make the Shredded Dough a little more fluffy with your oiled fingers and seal the pie with it. Sprinkle the cheese and press well the pie surface to make it firm. Bake in the oven at the bottom rack until golden brown.
