1 package KANAKI KATAIFI
1 ½ kg MIMIKOS Chicken breast fillet
4 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder } Preparation time 15 min

½ tsp curry
All-purpose flour } Baking time 30 min

Preparation - Steps
Slightly comb the KANAKI KATAIFI with your fingers. Beat it well in the blender. Place the Shredded Dough in a bowl, and add the garlic, sweet paprika, curry and salt. Stir to mix the ingredients. Break the eggs in another bowl and beat them. In a third bowl, add the four. Cut the chicken breast fillet in thin slices. Salt them, dip them in the bowl with the flour and eggs, and then in the bowl with the Shredded Dough. Place the chicken slices in a baking pan laid with baking paper. Pour sunflower oil on each one. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C with air, for 30 min.
