Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PUFF Pastry
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
For the cream:
½ kg cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 dose vanilla
Preparation - Steps
In a bowl, add 1/2 kg cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 dose vanilla, and stir well the ingredients. Open 1 pastry sheet, lay it on the baking pan laid with baking paper, and open a few holes with a fork, so that the pastry will not rise too much. Preheat the oven at 190°C, with extra heat on the oven elements, and bake for 15 min. Once the puff pastry is baked, leave it to cool down and add the mixture on top. Take the second sheet and lay it on top. Pour the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon on the sheet, and return the pastry to the oven for 35-40 min.
