Breakfast Sandwich with Egg

Ingredients

1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
Oil for frying
Cream cheese
Tomato jam
Bacon
Fried eggs
Fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation - Steps

Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 3 equal pieces. Fold each piece of dough and fry them in a little oil until they are golden and crispy. Remove the fried pieces from the pan and carefully open them. Spread cream cheese on each piece. Add tomato jam on top. Top with pieces of bacon, fried eggs, and fresh cilantro leaves.
