Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
4 tbsp BBQ sauce
4 tbsp tomato juice
200 gr. bacon in cubes
1/2 leek
250 gr. mushrooms
2 balls cow mozzarella
Preparation - Steps
Open 1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough and lay it in a baking pan. Cut the fresh mushrooms, leek and bacon in little cubes. Mix 4 tbsp BBQ sauce and 4 tbsp tomato juice in a glass, and pour them over the crust. Evenly spread the mushrooms, bacon, leek and mozzarella on the crust. Preheat the oven at the max. temperature, with extra heat on the oven elements, and bake for 12 min.
