Ingredients
1 package KANAKI KATAIFI
1 tsp nutmeg
½ lt milk
4 tbsp flour
1 Florina pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 leek
300 gr. sausage
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation - Steps
First, saute the sausage, mince 1 leek, 1 Florina pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, and place them in the frying pan together with the sausage, for 10 min.
Open 1 package KANAKI KATAIFI Shredded Dough. Make the Shredded Dough fluffy, add a little oil and cut it in smaller pieces. Place a little more than half the dough on the bottom of a tart pan and spread it.
For the cream, add 4 tbsp flour to the saucepan with the stuffing; add the salt, nutmeg, milk and stir. Pour the stuffing on top of the dough in the baking pan, add the remaining dough, and bake for 40 min at 170°C with extra heat on the oven elements.
