Thawing Instructions:
Before using the product, place it in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator from the previous night to thaw gradually, or let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Always thaw kataifi in its sealed packaging. Do not try to unfold Kataifi that is not completely defrosted because it might break. Open the packaging when you are ready to use it and always keep it covered with a damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will not lose its moisture.
Advice:
If you have some pastry left after you finished your recipe, you can seal it carefully in a plastic bag (so that it will retain its moisture) and you keep it in your refrigerator for at least a week.
