FILO Pastry
Storage Conditions:
Keep in freezer (max -18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.
Each package contains 11-12 sheets (approximately 37x50cm).
ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.
Thawing Instructions:
Before using the product, place it in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator from the previous night to thaw gradually, or let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Always thaw Filo Pastry in its sealed packaging. Do not try to unfold Filo Pastry that is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. Open the packaging when you are ready to use the Filo Pastry and always keep it covered with a damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will not lose its moisture.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, dry deactivated yeast.
The product may contain traces of milk and egg.
Deep frozen product. Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour.
