Storage Instructions:
Keep in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator (2°C - 8°C) until the “Best before” date (see front side of packaging). Best before date is valid as long as the product is in its packaging at the above temperatures.
Each pack contains one sheet of dough (approximately 37x26 cm).
3 Steps for Homemade Pizza:

Remove dough from the fridge approx. 10 minutes before use. Preheat your oven at 180°C for air or at 200°C for baking using top and bottom heating elements. Unwrap the dough and spread it on the baking pan as it is on the baking paper. If you want you can fold the edges of the dough a little (1cm) to be created a crust around when it baked.

Cover the dough with tomato sauce and add your favorite ingredients (e.g. cheeses, ham, bacon, peppers, and mushrooms).

Place the baking dish on the rack below the middle and bake for about 15'-20'.
! ATTENTION! Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven. Do not use the grill. Do not eat raw dough. The dough must be properly baked before consumed.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, ethyl alcohol, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), olive oil, wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, wheat starch, yeast, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
The product may contain traces of milk.
